All these and many more are symptoms of stress. 

Its important to find a way to manage the stress in your body.

TRE is an easily learnt body technique that you can practice in between studying. Once youve been taught it, you can do this by yourself.

Many students have used this to help them get calm, stay calm and stay clear minded. 

TRE doesnt only help with exam stress, but overall stress too. If you do exercise it can help prevent injuries and in general help you manage your feelings.
