TRE is spoken of here as a replacement (or an addition) to meditation, a healing measure for injuries/ body pain, a solution to relieving stressful habits (e.g nail biting). Both candidates highly recommend this process from their own experiences. They talk of how TRE takes you into your body and helps to calm the body/ mind.
