For the last few months a friend of mine (yoga teacher) and I have been meeting weekly for an hour of yoga followed by an hour of tre. This has been a wonderful process of release and deep relaxation.
Through the process of hatha yoga my muscles would become fatigued, thus allowing the physical fatigue tremors to follow on naturally.
