For the last few months a friend of mine (yoga teacher) and I have been meeting weekly for an hour of yoga followed by an hour of tre. This has been a wonderful process of release and deep relaxation.
Through the process of hatha yoga my muscles would become fatigued, thus allowing the physical fatigue tremors to follow on naturally. Easily I was able to move into the deep process of relaxation from the TRE process and experience the benefits of doing tre weekly with another person. My body had no aches or pains, I felt much less stressed and calm and
overall I could sense and see the difference within my whole person for adding this to my weekly routine.

The combination of yoga and tre has worked phenomenally well for me and has been a brilliant addition to my Tuesday mornings.
